Welcome, I am a Beijing-born filmmaker based in Gadigal country (Sydney, Australia). With a seasoned proficiency in the art of Film Editing, I sculpt narratives across various mediums, including commercials, documentaries, and feature films.

Transitioning swiftly from the corridors of high school to the dynamic realm of feature film editing, I embraced the tactile craft of editing amidst the era of celluloid. My quest for mastery led me to the esteemed Australian Film, Television, and Radio School, culminating in the attainment of a master’s degree in film production.

Throughout my career, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to collaborate with luminaries in the realms of Australian and Chinese cinema, including the esteemed likes of Film Editors Mark Warner, Lee Smith, Tim Wellburn, Nicholas Beauman, and Film Directors Bruce Beresford, Peter Weir, Baz Luhrmann, Zhang Yimou, and Chen Kaige—forgive the name-dropping.

Venturing into the realm of producing, I’ve recently embarked on the creation of short films, documentaries, and feature-length films. Yet, beyond the allure of filmmaking itself, it is the people I journey alongside that infuse each frame with soulful resonance and enduring magic.
